What stays private, and what doesn't
The assistant runs on a computer in your office, not in somebody else's data centre. There is one optional exception, and it is off unless you ask for it.
Stays on your office computer
- Your documents and the searchable index made from them
- Every question your team asks
- Every answer it gives
- Logins and chat history
Leaves only if web search is switched on
- The words of a web search, sent to a search provider. These can include details typed into the question
- Your documents are not part of a web search
- Web search is off by default, and you can turn it off again at any time
Your enquiry details
- We collect your name, business, email, optional phone number and message
- We use them to reply, prepare a quote and deliver your order
- We never sell them, and send marketing emails only if you ask (every email has an unsubscribe link)
- Saved on our own computer in Sydney. Ask us at [email protected] to delete them any time
