Terms and conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply when Littledong Gordon Pty Ltd (ABN 60 684 392 121, ACN 684 392 121, "we", "us") supplies goods or services to you. 12 Help Street, Chatswood NSW 2067 · [email protected]. "You" (also "the customer") means the business or person named on the quote.
2. Quotes and payment
Every order starts with a free written quote in Australian dollars (including GST) that lists the main parts, the AI software and model, and the set-up work. A quote is valid for 7 days because part prices change often. Once you accept it, we do not raise the price unless you ask us to change what we supply. If a part in your quote becomes unavailable, we may offer you a part of equal or better performance. We only use it if you agree. If you do not agree, either of us may cancel before we order parts and we refund your prepayment in full.
On accepting a quote, you pay a prepayment of 50% (Standard), 55% (Plus), 60% (Workstation), 65% (Performance) or 70% (Enterprise) of the quoted price. It is applied to the final price, and the balance is payable before handover. If we cannot deliver the build, the prepayment is refunded in full. You pay by bank transfer or PayID, and your quote shows the exact dollar amount. We give you a tax invoice. You own the System once you have paid in full, and we may hold it until then. If you cancel, section 4 explains what we keep. For an example in dollars, see how payment works.
3. What we supply
A custom-built computer (the "System") and set-up: installing the AI software, loading your documents if you ask, creating logins for your team, and a walk-through at handover. The AI software and models come from other publishers under their own licences, which your quote names. Website pictures are for illustration only; the System you receive is the one in your quote. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not provide ongoing support, backups, monitoring, remote access or internet-security services.
4. Changes and cancellations
- Before we order parts, you can cancel and we refund your prepayment in full.
- After we order parts, we are building to your specification, so we usually cannot cancel for a change of mind. We will try to return or resell the parts, and refund you the rest after our reasonable unrecovered costs, which we show you.
- If you cancel after we have ordered parts, we also charge a handling fee of 3% of the quoted price (shown in your quote) for our time sourcing, ordering, returning and reselling the parts. So after parts are ordered you bear the handling fee (3%) and any loss we cannot recover on resale. Together these never exceed your prepayment, and we never bill you anything on top of your prepayment. We do not charge the handling fee if we cancel, if we cannot deliver, if we are more than 30 days late, or if you cancel because the System or our service has a fault or fails a consumer guarantee.
- If we cannot get the parts or deliver what we quoted, we can cancel and refund everything you have paid.
- If you do not pay the balance within 14 days after we tell you the System is ready, we will remind you in writing. If it is still unpaid 7 days after that reminder, we may cancel the order. We then try to resell the parts or the System at a fair price, keep from your prepayment only our reasonable costs and any loss on that resale, show you how we worked it out, and refund the rest. We never ask you to pay more than your prepayment.
- If you ask for a change, we tell you the effect on price and timing first.
- If you would rather change to a different build or a later date than cancel, ask us and we will move your prepayment across where we can.
None of this limits your rights if the System or our service has a fault or does not match what we agreed.
5. Delivery and handover
Build times are estimates because they depend on when parts arrive, and we tell you promptly about any delay. If we have not handed over the System within 30 days after the date we estimated in your quote, you may cancel and we will refund everything you have paid. We deliver and set up on Sydney's North Shore and in the Sydney CBD. At handover we go through a checklist and a handover note with you, so please check the System with us that day. Risk passes to you at handover.
6. Your responsibilities
- Keep your own backups of your documents and settings.
- Keep the System away from liquids, magnets and drops.
- Keep it on your office network, and tell us before you make it reachable from the internet.
- Look after logins, and remove people who leave your business.
- Make sure you are allowed to put your documents in it, including other people's personal information and your clients' confidential information, and use it lawfully.
Safe use and fire safety.
- (1) Location and ventilation: the PC must sit on a hard, flat, stable surface with at least 10 cm of clear space around its vents and fans, and must not be run in a closed cabinet, under a desk with blocked airflow, on carpet, bedding or soft furnishings, or near heaters, curtains, paper or other flammable materials.
- (2) Power supply: it must be plugged directly into a suitable wall outlet or a surge-protected power board rated for its load, and must not be daisy-chained or run from damaged, worn or overloaded cords or outlets. Because high-performance PCs draw a lot of power, the customer is responsible for making sure the building's wiring and circuit can safely supply it, and should use a licensed electrician if unsure.
- (3) No modification: the customer must not open the case or change, reseat, replace or tamper with any internal component, power cable or connector (including graphics card power connectors) unless we approve it in writing. Work by anyone other than us is at the customer's own risk.
- (4) Maintenance: keep vents and fans clear of dust and obstructions, and do not cover the PC while it is running.
- (5) Warning signs: if there is a burning smell, smoke, unusual heat or discolouration, or loud buzzing or popping, switch the PC off, unplug it and contact us before using it again. We recommend a working smoke alarm in the room where it is kept.
- (6) Our liability: we are not liable for loss or damage (including fire) caused by breach of this clause, unsuitable electrical installation, modification or repair by anyone other than us, or misuse. Nothing here excludes any right the customer has under the Australian Consumer Law, or our responsibility for a fault in the goods or our work that existed at handover. Where the law allows, our liability for such a fault is limited to repair or replacement of the affected goods.
7. Your documents and privacy
- Your documents live on the System in your office. We keep no copies after set-up unless you ask in writing.
- We look at your documents or the System only when you ask (set-up or repair), only as much as the job needs, and we keep it confidential.
- Web search is off unless you ask for it. If it is on, the words of a search go to a search provider. These can include anything typed into the question. Your documents are not sent. Please do not put confidential or personal details into a web search.
- We use your enquiry details only to reply, quote and deliver. We do not sell them or send marketing emails unless you ask. See our privacy page.
- If someone gets unauthorised access to your documents because of our work, we tell you as soon as we can.
8. AI answers can be wrong
AI tools can give answers that are wrong, out of date or incomplete. Check important answers against the original documents. This applies to web search results and the AI's summaries of them too. The System does not give legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and you remain responsible for decisions made using it.
9. Consumer guarantees and liability
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with the service you can cancel the contract and get a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value. For a major failure with goods you can choose a refund or replacement. For a failure that is not major, you can have it fixed within a reasonable time, and if that does not happen, you can get a refund for the goods, or cancel the service and get a refund for the unused portion. You can also be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure.
We do not offer our own separate warranty. Components keep their manufacturers' warranties and we will help you claim on them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where the law allows, our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of the affected goods, or supplying the services again (or paying the cost of that). Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, including data loss and business downtime.
10. Everything else
- Software: you must follow the publishers' licences for the software we install. Windows and other paid software are included only if your quote says so. You may use our guides in your business.
- Complaints: email [email protected]. We reply within 4 business days and work with you to fix it. If we cannot agree, you can contact NSW Fair Trading or, for a business dispute, the NSW Small Business Commissioner.
- Changes: we may update these terms for future orders. An accepted order stays on the terms in force when you accepted the quote.
- Law: New South Wales law applies, and its courts have jurisdiction. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
