Ask in plain English. The assistant searches your PDFs, Word and Excel files, PowerPoint slides and text files, and shows which document an answer came from when it can.

Staff open a web address on their own computer or phone. There is nothing to install. Each person gets their own login, and each team sees only the document sets they are allowed to.

Drafting and general help

Summarise a long report, tidy an email, get feedback on a proposal. It can also look things up on the web if you choose to switch that on.
