Private AI for accountants on the North Shore

Accounting practices keep detailed financial records for their clients. A local AI that runs on a computer in your office lets your team ask questions of your own documents without sending client records to a cloud AI service.

What accountants and staff use it for

Why keeping it in the office matters

Your documents and your team's questions stay on a computer in your office. The one exception is web search, which is off unless you switch it on, and then only the words being searched go out, never your documents.

What it will not do

It is not tax, accounting or financial advice. Like any AI tool it can get things wrong, and language models can make mistakes with numbers in particular. Check every figure and any important answer against the source document. Each answer shows which documents it used, which makes that check quicker.

Before you use any AI tool on client records, check what your professional body and regulator expect. Keeping files in the office is a good start, but it does not by itself meet your professional obligations.

Sized for a small practice

We size each build to the number of people who will use it at once and test it with several people asking questions together before handover. See our builds for the options. We are based in Sydney and set up on the North Shore and in the CBD.
