Do my staff need to install anything?
No. They open a web address in a browser on their own computer or phone while on the office network.
How many people can use it at once?
It depends on the build and the model. We size it to your team and test it with several people asking at the same time before handover.
Can it make mistakes?
Yes. Like any AI tool it can get things wrong or miss something, so check important answers against the source document. It is not legal, financial or medical advice.
Is there a subscription?
No. It is a one-off purchase. We do not include an ongoing support or backup service unless we agree on one in writing. Your consumer guarantee rights under Australian law still apply.
How does payment work?
When you accept a quote you pay a prepayment of 50% to 70% of the price, depending on the build, and the balance before handover. Cancel before we order parts and you get your whole prepayment back. After we order parts, a 3% handling fee applies plus any loss we cannot recover when we resell them, and we never keep more than your prepayment. See the full table on the builds page.
Which AI models does it use?
Open-source models that run entirely on your machine. We choose the model that suits your build and your documents, and we tell you which one in your quote.
Can people use it from home?
Not by default. It runs on your office network only, which keeps it simple and private.
Can we add more people later?
Yes. Each person has their own login, and logins can be added or removed.
