Why people choose us

Every supplier has strengths. These are ours, and here are the situations where we may not be the right fit.

What we offer

• Built and set up in Sydney. We are a small Sydney company, and we set up on the North Shore and in the CBD.
• Prices on the website. Our starting prices are on the builds page, in Australian dollars and including GST. Your written quote is what counts.
• A demo before you decide. We show the assistant answering questions about sample documents, so you can judge it for yourself.
• Built around graphics cards. Every build uses a dedicated graphics card, or two, so the AI model sits in fast graphics memory. See graphics cards vs Apple silicon for the detail, including where other designs are stronger.
• Parts and model named in the quote. You know what you are buying, and we test it with several people asking questions at the same time before handover.
• Plain about the limits. It can get things wrong, and it is not legal, financial or medical advice. We tell you what a system can and cannot do before you pay.
• A one-off purchase. There is no subscription for the AI. Ongoing support or backup is not included unless we agree on it in writing.
• Clear cancellation terms. Cancel before we order parts and you get your whole prepayment back. After that, a 3% handling fee applies plus any loss we cannot recover when we resell the parts, and we never keep more than your prepayment.
• Your documents stay in your office. They sit on a computer you own, apart from optional web search, which is off unless you switch it on.

When we may not be the right fit

• You need the very largest AI models. Our biggest build has 96 GB of model memory, and some computers can hold larger models.
• You want a fully managed service with ongoing monitoring. Support is not included unless we agree on it in writing.
• You are outside Sydney's North Shore and CBD. Ask us, because we may still be able to help.
• You would rather use a cloud service. That is a fair choice, and our comparison sets out the trade-offs.
